2007 CIRRUS SR22-G3

This is a 1/2 share of a 2007 Cirrus SR22 hangared at Pearson Airport. Factory reman at 2500 Hrs and new prop. Excellent maintenance, care, and history. All AD's are in compliance, complete and continuous logbooks. The plane was purchased from an independent commercial pilot that flew regularly with excellent maintenance putting on the first 2000 hours (200 hrs per year). The aircraft has some excellent features from factory including Air Conditioning, TKS, built in O2, platinum cylinders, and a high useful load of 1018 lbs. We have upgraded both the 430's to WAAS, upgraded the transponder for ADSB, added a FlightStream 210, upgraded the audio panel, landing light, and repainted the aircraft with a G5 design.
